Our Facilities Ramor Oaks Riding Club, established in 1989, is located on twenty acres of varying terrain in the Mount Madonna area of Watsonville. We are just a short drive from Santa Cruz and the Monterey Peninsula and only one and one quarter hours drive from the San Francisco Bay Area in a stunning setting in the beautiful Pajaro Valley which offers mild weather, good footing and views of the Monterey Bay. Ramor Oaks Riding Club’s boarding facilities
include large run-in box stalls with generous pipe
corrals, and daily turnouts. We offer top quality feed. We require all boarders to participate in some form of ongoing training and
lesson programs.
Our all-weather sand/rubber arena is 110’ x 230’ which is large enough for a full jumping course, and standard dressage court.
Also available is a
seasonal one-third mile galloping track with sandy loam
footing, a multi-level cross country training course, on-site trail riding, and
a large Round Pen. New Plans for 2009 are in the works for a 100’ x 200’ indoor riding hall and a new barn.
Situated above RORC, and just a short trailer ride,
is the Mt. Madonna State Park, which offers miles of beautiful conditioning trails, redwood groves and beautiful ocean views. |
